Teri was first introduced to Newcastle Engineering for a temporary administrative assignment back in 2006. She managed to open the door further in 2008 as a filing clerk. Since that time, she has since worked her way up to the position of Office Manager and is now responsible for the day to day administrative operations of Newcastle, including preparation of monthly invoicing, employee payroll, management of accounts payables and accounts receivables, quality control of outgoing correspondence as well as managing the stock and ordering of office supplies as needed.

Teri maintains a positive and friendly company image by acting as the first line of contact to visitors, clients and vendors in person, online and via telephone. She keeps accurate records for employee holiday requests, handles staff expense claims and interacts with all personnel to ensure essential office duties are not overlooked.

Teri became the company’s newest partner in August 2017.
